Another legal trouble for Shah Rukh

Legal troubles are not leaving Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan. A case was booked against him on the charges of disrespecting the National Flag. Acting on a complaint lodged by Ravi Brahme, national secretary of Lok Janashakti party, Pune Police registered a case, under sections of Prevention of insults to National Honour Act, 1971. The charge is that, Shah Rukh waved the National Flag upside down, after India won World Cup, on 2nd April of 2011. The case was registered on 14th of August and had been transferred to Mumbai police for further investigation.

Brahme said that he caught hold of this offence in a website during a casual net surfing session. Brahme earlier also filed a case on the same charge, against a Mumbai model, Gehna Vashisht, who wore National Flag as a bikini. He said that they started a movement to register cases against people, who disrespect National Flag.

This is the third time Shah Rukh courting troubles in the recent times. During the last IPL, he was caught in a tiff with security people in a cricket ground in Mumbai , following which, authorities banned him from entering into stadium. Earlier to that, in another IPL match, SRK was booked for smoking in public. He was later fined with an amount of Rs.100/- by the Court.
