
At last, Congress High Command dropped the curtains down on the issue of change of guard in Andhra Pradesh. AICC secretary Krishnamurthy today clarified that there would be no change of leadership in Andhra Pradesh. He ruled out the rumors that Kirankumar Reddy is going to be replaced soon and clearly mentioned that Kiran would be the CM till 2014 assembly elections. The Chief Minister and the High Command would take a decision on the resignation letter of Dharmana, he told. He also said that the reshuffle of PCC and DCCs and filling of the nominated posts will be taken soon.
For the last few months, there is a talk prevailing in the state, that Kirankumar Reddy would be replaced soon. Kiran has been insisting that High Command should made an announcement that there would not be change of guard. At last, High Command yielded to his request and clarified its stand.
