
In the World Cup series for the under-19, which is being held in Australia, Indian team beat arch rival Pakistan to reach semi-finals. Indian tail-enders drove the team on winning path in a nail bitingly concluded match.
Though indian team dismissed Pakistan for a meagre score of 136 runs in 45.1 overs, they lost control in the last leg of their batting. The team, which is at 124 for 6 wickets at one stage, was reduced to 127 for 9 wickets at the 41st over. But the tail-enders saved the team and fetched the victory. Especially, Harmeet of Mumbai and Punjab lad Sandeep showed tremendous performance, even in that particular stressful situation. India will take on New Zealand in the semi-final, which is going to be held on 23rd of this month.
